PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a breather, in which the breather is easily mounted to a gearbox of a speed reducer of gas turbine equipment. SOLUTION: In the gas turbine equipment, lubricating oil which has lubricated a bearing portion of the turbine is led into the speed reducer by pressure air, so that pressure in the speed reducer becomes high. The breather 1 is disposed above a housing 2 of the speed reducer, and a shielding plate 8 is disposed in the speed reducer so that drops of oil splashing into the speed reducer do not reach the breather, but only the oil mist reaches the breather.
