PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butadiene polymer composition whose butadiene polymer is protected from thermal deterioration caused under an air-blocked environment. SOLUTION: The butadiene polymer composition contains a butadiene polymer and a compound shown by the general formula (I), wherein, Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently an aromatic ring; and X and Y are each independently a 1-2C alkylene, O or carbonyl. Y and Y are each independently a 1-2C alkylene, O or carbonyl. The butadiene polymer is a polybutadiene, a styrene-butadiene copolymer, an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, an acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene copolymer, a styrene-butadiene block copolymer or a shockproof polystyrene.
