<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal flowmeter capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by using a member die castable with a small number of die members, capable of being assembled with a simple work by one-directional screwing, and easily conforming the internal environmental temperature of a casing to a fluid temperature. SOLUTION: A fluid storage part formed by fitting an inner lid member 6 to a storage part recessed part 23 formed in a casing body member 2 in direction A communicates with a fluid inlet pipe 21 through the opening 21a of the casing body member 2. The lower end inlet of a fluid passage part formed in a flow measurement part 8 attached to the inner lid member 6 is opened toward the fluid storage part, and the outlet of the fluid passage communicates with a fluid outlet pipe 22 through a passage joint 8a and the connecting opening 22a of the casing body member 2. A thermal flow sensor 10 having a fin plate FP protruded to the fluid passage is arranged in the flow measurement part 8. An outer lid member 4 is fitted in the direction A so as to cover the inner lid member 6 having a circuit board 32 mounted thereon.</p> |
