PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of frosting to a cooler at a low cost through simple constitution and improve continuous operation performance of an environment-testing device. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an outside air dehumidifying device to dehumidify introduced outside air in addition to usual constitution. An outside air dehumidifying device 3 comprises an outside air inlet pipe 31; a cooling pipe 32; an outside air outlet pipe 33; and a drain pipe 34 to discharge a vapor condensation content. The cooling pipe 32 is cooled by lowermost temperature circulation air passing through a cooler 11. Thus, outside air is sufficiently dehumidified and added in circulation air and frosting to the cooler is remarkably reduced. The outside air-dehumidifying device is equipped in a body and cooling is effected by utilizing circulation air, and structure is simplified and a cost is reduced.
