SOLUTION: This method for synthesizing urea is to feed a mixed gas from a stripping of unreacted ammonia and unreacted carbon dioxide with raw material carbon dioxide and an absorption medium to the bottom of a vertical type condensation synthesis tower, feed raw material liquid ammonia to the middle and bottom of the vertical condensation synthesis tower, condense the mixed gas by cooling the part ranging from the bottom to the middle of the vertical condensation synthesis tower and carry out the synthesis of urea, introduce the generated synthesized urea solution into the top of a stripper from the top of the vertical condensation synthesis tower and bring unreacted ammonia and carbon dioxide in a urea synthesis solution to strip with raw material carbon dioxide.
