PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, with a GPS receiver, in which an inspection and an operation such as a change in a set value can be performed easily and quickly. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus (10) with the GPS receiver is provided with the GPS receiver (12) which receives a GPS signal transmitted from a GPS positioning satellite and which calculates position information and time information. The GPS receiver (12) is provided with a means which receives a pseudo GPS signal similar to the GPS signal. The electronic apparatus (10) is provided with means (15, 16) which execute a prescribed operation according to a command contained in the pseudo GPS signal and which report the result of the operation to the outside of the electronic apparatus (10).
