SOLUTION: In this multiple dwelling house composed in such a way that an entrance of a dwelling unit is connected to a common hallway 10 as a common space through a porch 12, the work space 1 which users can use with their shoes on is provided to face the porch 12 to be usable as a working space for weekend carpentry, or storage space for bicycles, etc. The work space 1 is accessible from the porch 12.
