PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sake server wherein a label of a bottle which is being cooled can be seen from the outside and whether or not the temperature of sake is proper can be easily shown. SOLUTION: The sake server includes a cooling part 1 to cool sake 4a stored in a bottle 4, a gas injecting part 2 to inject gas into the bottle 4 via a conduit 2b passing through a plug 4b of the bottle 4, and a sake pouring part 3 which pours out the sake 4a corresponding to the pressure of injected gas through another conduit 3b passing through the plug 4b and a stop cock 3a provided in the conduit 3b when the cock 3a is in an opened state, whereby sake is served at a proper temperature. The cooling part 1 consists of a Peltier module 5 which absorbs heat or radiates heat by turning on electricity, a cylindrical heat absorbing part 1a wherein a window 1c is provided on a nearly cylindrical side surface, having an opening only on the top side thereof, and a bottom part is thermally connected to a heat absorbing part of the module 5, and a transparent cylindrical part 9 which seals the side surface of the heat absorbing part 1a.
