PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably separate a great variety of sheets one by one over a long period to deliver the sheets in a sheet delivery device by adjusting an overlap amount of a feed roller and a separator according to a property of the sheet. SOLUTION: In this sheet delivery device, when an overlapped feeding detection sensor 31 detects that the plural sheets are simultaneously delivered onto a feeding path, a control circuit 33 controls and elongates a separator actuator 6 through a separator drive circuit 34 to deform a rubber part 52 of the separator 5 such that the overlap amount becomes large. When a sheet passage sensor 32 detects that the sheet is not delivered onto the feeding path, the control circuit 33 controls and contracts the separator actuator 6 through the separator drive circuit 34 to deform the rubber part 52 of the separator 5 such that the overlap amount becomes small.
