PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and constitutionally simple amphibious car usable by a wheelchair user. SOLUTION: This amphibious car is provided with a rail installing travel part for traveling on the water and land by circularly driving an annular crawler by continuously arranging floating body blocks, a space for arranging a wheelchair, an operation part arranged in this wheelchair arranging space and moving according to boarding and alighting of the wheelchair, and a boarding-alighting mechanism for making the wheelchair board and alight to an operation part.
