PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message card-mounting sheet having a seed-containing small bag attached thereto and a function of generating a fragrance to the cover of the sheet. SOLUTION: The message card-mounting sheet with a fragrance and a seed comprises a mounting sheet 15 attached with a message card 10, a cover 14 folded on the sheet 15, a design 12 printed by a printing ink containing a microcapsule for enclosing a perfume inside the cover 14, the seed 13 filled in a small bag attached, slits 18 formed at positions corresponding to four corners of the card 10 to be attached to the sheet 15 with an attaching means to the sheet 15 of the card 10, auxiliary slits formed from centers of the slits 18 toward the inside of the card, a recess 19 provided on the sheet 15 of the rear side of the slits 18 so that corners of the card 10 are respectively inserted into the slits 18, and a window 16 provided on the cover 14 to read an address on the card.
