An integrated control system for a work robot includes a robot control CPU (1), at least one work tool control CPU (2, 3), a shared memory (6), and a system bus (7) constructed to transmit information between each of the CPUs (1, 2, 3) and the shared memory (6). The robot control CPU (1), the work tool control CPU (2, 3) and the shared memory (6) are connected to the system bus (7). The system bus (7)is a standard bus.
