This sunroof has a transparent plastic panel (10) fixed by a strip of flexible glue (18) to a metal support frame (16). A sealing strip (22) is mounted round the rim (20) of the frame (16) so that its outer section (26) seals the gap between the frame and the edge (14) of the fixed roof, whilst the inner section seals a gap between the frame (16) and the plastic panel (10) thus compensating for any thermal expansion of the metal frame
