The test tool has a mobile terminal from which the user operates the test providing information trace access sent from the terminal and a connection unit connecting the mobile terminal and the instrument interface. The mobile terminal has a mechanism operating in standby detecting the setting of a processor and cell reselection (4). Trace information about the setting is passed to the interface terminal.
