PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle size distribution-measuring apparatus capable of measuring a dispersion state of particles to a dispersant and a particle size distribution at the same time. SOLUTION: The particle size distribution-measuring apparatus 1 measures the particle size distribution of particles included in a sample S to be measured. The particle size distribution-measuring apparatus 1 has a pH meter 11h for measuring a pH of a sample S' to be measured and an information-processing part 9 for obtaining a relation of the pH and the particle size distribution from measured values of the pH measured by the pH meter 11h and of the particle size distribution at the time.
