COPOLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND STRETCHED FILM COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolyester resin composition for a heat shrinkable film excellent in strength, transparency and solvent adhesion and a stretched film comprising the copolyester resin composition. SOLUTION: This copolyester resin composition comprises the following components (A) to (D). (A) 10-70 wt.% of a resin in which teraphthalic acid is a principal component as a dicarboxylic acid component, ethylene glycol is a principal component as a diol component and cyclohexanedimethanol in an amount of 5-50 mol% based on the whole diol component is copolymerized, (B) 10-50 wt.% of a resin in which the terephthalic acid is a principal component as the dicarboxylic acid component, the ethylene glycol is a principal component as the diol component and isophthalic acid in an amount of 5-50 mol% based on the whole dicarboxylic acid component is copolymerized, (C) 5-50 wt.% of a resin in which the terephthalic acid and butanediol are principal components and 1-80 wt.% of a polyalkylene ether glycol is copolymerized and (D) 0-50 wt.% of a resin in which terephthalic acid and butanediol are principal components and the polyalkylene ether glycol is not substantially contained.
