PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle cap assembly and a method for inspecting the same wherein the tied state of the bottle cap assembly can be surely checked from one direction at a glance and also the tied state can be easily inspected from above by means of one camera. SOLUTION: The bottle cap assembly consists of a bottle, which includes a screw thread portion and a support ring on the neck of the bottle and in which at least one rolling angle checking mark is formed on the outer periphery of the neck, and a cap which includes a skirt part which has a screw thread portion on the top plate and inner circumferential surface and in which at least one rolling angle checking mark is formed on the outer periphery, wherein the rolling angle checking mark is formed on the periphery of the top plate or in a corner between the top plate and the skirt, while checking mark is formed in the support ring.
