PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of disassembling a building capable of easily removing boards, especially, gypsum boards without breaking them in the case of removing the boards formed of a gypsum board. SOLUTION: This board fixture 10 for fixing gypsum boards 6 and 7 to a pillar 2 and studs 4 and 5 is provided with a first metal fitting 11 to be fixed to the pillar 2 and the studs 4 and 5 and a second metal fitting 21 to be fixed to the gypsum boards 6 and 7. A joint plate 12 of the first metal fitting 11 and a joint plate 22 of the second metal fitting 21 are joined with each other freely to be removed.
