PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener formed of a bolt and a nut good for environment and provided with a beautiful decorative surface part in a surface thereof and provided with an engaging recessed part having a functional shape inside of an upper part of a through screw hole, and to provide a disconnecting jig. SOLUTION: This fastener is formed of a decorative nut 12 having a nut head part formed with a beautiful decorative surface part in the outside surface thereof and provided with a screw hole inside thereof passing through the axial direction and provided with an engaging recessed part 17 having a functional shape to be fixed in the circumferential direction in the inner wall surface continuously provided to the upper part of the screw hole and having a little large diameter, and a bolt having a male screw part 27 to be screwed to the screw hole of the decorative nut and having a bolt head part having a functional shape to be fixed in the circumferential direction. A wrench 60 is provided with a lock part 62 formed into a square or a different shape to be engaged with the engaging recessed part 17 of the decorative nut 21 or a recessed part 24 of the decorative bolt 21 in the peripheral surface of a tip thereof and a recessed part 63 for housing the tip of the male screw of the decorative bolt in a lower end of the lock part.
