STIRLING CYCLE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Stirling cycle apparatus having a compact heat exchanger with a simple structure capable of securing a required heat transfer area. SOLUTION: This Stirling cycle apparatus adopts the heat exchanger with two heat transfer plates 17 and 19 coupled so as to face each other with a plurality of pin-like fins 17 interposed in between for forming a heat exchange passage 2 scattered with the pin-like fins between the plates 17 and 19. By this, a heater 15 or a cooler 25 with any heat transfer area can be realized by a simple structure of coupling two transfer plates 17 and 19 so as to sandwich the pin-like fins 17.
