PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the decrease of the quantity of food stored in a cooling chamber under a partition body, and suppress the deformation of an inner box at the time of charge and foaming of heat insulating material in the partition body, in a partition structure for partitioning the cooling space of a refrigerator above and below. SOLUTION: This is such a structure where the partition body 32 laid in front of the cooling space of a refrigerator is equipped with a front plate 36, a dew preventive pipe 38, heat insulating material 40, and a partition cover 42, and that a fin-shaped seal material 52 to seal a throat part 50 is attached to the bottom of this partition cover 42, and the partition cover 42 is equipped with a locking claw 54 to lock the seal material 52, and the locking claw 54 is arranged on the roughly same plane as the bottom of the cover 42, and a plug-in part 56 in which the mounting base 52a of the seal material 52 is to be plugged is provided inside the locking claw 54 above it, and the mounting base 52a of this plug-in part 56 is plugged in this plug-in part 56, whereby the seal material 52 is attached to the partition cover 42.
