PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board for connecting an electro-optical panel permitting to connect the electro-optical panel with a driving member in batch, and to provide an electro-optical device and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The wiring board (flexible wiring board) for connecting an electro-optical panel 400 is to be connected with an electro-optical panel (liquid crystal panel) 100 having a pair of substrates 200, 300 faced to each other. The wiring board (flexible wiring board) 400 for connecting the electro-optical panel has a 1st base material 412 and a 2nd base material 416, and comprises a 1st terminal group 410 arranged on the 1st base material 412, a 2nd terminal group 420 arranged on the 2nd base material 416, and a 3rd terminal group 430 arranged on the 1st base material 412 or the 2nd base material 416. The 3rd terminal group 430 comprises at least terminals conducting to the 1st terminal group 410 and those conducting to the 2nd terminal group 420.
