PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat-insulating airtight structure of the connecting sections of beams, in which airtightness can be ensured surely by the simple execution of works while the generation of condensation can be prevented, in the heat-insulating airtight structure of a building such as a residence, especially when one corner side of connecting sections, in which the beams are connected in a T shape, is positioned on the outdoor side brought into contact with the outside air. SOLUTION: In the connecting section A of the beams connected in the T shape by abutting the end section of the second beam 2 against one side face 1c of the first beam 1, the first beam 1 is covered with the first peripheral heat-insulating material 3, a side-face heat-insulating material 4 and an underside heat-insulating material 5 and the second beam 2 with the second peripheral heat-insulating material 6 respectively and the first airtight cover 7 and the first airtight sheet 10 are arranged on the other side face 1d of the first beam 1 in the connecting section A. The second airtight sheet 12 is arranged so as to cover the indoor side face 6a of the second peripheral heat-insulating material 6 and the indoor side face 11a of a ceiling cradling 11, and the second airtight cover 13 is arranged to the indoor side face 2b of the second beam 2 in the connecting section A.
