PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting device which can be repeatedly used without being buried in cement mortar and without deforming a receiver frame. SOLUTION: The receiver frame 12 is positioned by screwing a positioning nut 16 to hold a mounting part 13 from above into a bolt 11 projected upward from the mounting part 13 of the receiver frame 12, connecting one end to an upper part on the bolt side and putting the receiver frame 12 on the positioning nut 16 from below by a pull-up means 20 the other end of which is connected to the receiver frame side.
