摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide semiconductive crystal ultrafine particles excellent in solubility to a medium, uniform thin film formability and chemical stability owing to screening effect from the outside, and having controlled extinction or luminescent properties owing to its quantum effect. SOLUTION: The semiconductive crystal ultrafine particles are such that a hyperbranched molecule is bound at its focal point thereto as the ligand having preferably a dendrimer structure (especially polybenzyl ether dendrone); wherein the focal point functional group contain preferably a phosphorus or sulfur atom, and the semiconductor crystal contain preferably at least one of group 12 to 17 elements.
