PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise output control function of a compression type heat pump. SOLUTION: The compression type heat pump is provided with a fan 29 for blowing air A as a heat exchange object to a heat exchanger 2 with air that is made to function as an evaporator or a condenser in a refrigerant circulation by a compressor 4 in a heat pump circuit. An output control mean 8 regulates the output of the fan 2a to a decreasing side when the output of the heat pump is larger than a required output, regulates the output of the compressor 4 to a decreasing side when the output of the heat pump is larger than the required output in a state wherein the output of the fan 2a is at a regulable lower limit, regulates the output of the fan 2a to an increasing side when the output of the heat pump is smaller than the required output, and regulates the output of the compressor 4 to an increasing side when the output of the heat pump output is smaller than the required output in a state wherein the output of the fan 2a is at a regulable upper limit. |
