PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card hard to forge and a card processor enabling reliable exclusion of the use of a forged card. SOLUTION: A fluorescent substance coating part 4 is provided at least on one surface of the card 1, and a pattern for discriminating the card is provided on the coating part 4 by applying thereon a fluorescent substance that is turned luminous and visualized by casting a light of a specific wavelength thereon. The card processor is provided with a pattern reading part that reads the pattern of the fluorescent substance coating part 4 visualized by casting the light of the specific wavelength on the card 1. Based on the pattern read by this pattern reading part, the authenticity of the card 1 is determined. |
