PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where a good image can be obtained by stabilizing the image density by carrying out an accurate detection of attached quantity of the toner with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the image forming device provided with an optical sensor 70 measuring the attached quantity of the toner by having a reference toner image that is formed on a transfer belt 49a irradiated with light and then detecting the light quantity of specular reflection and adjusting the image density based on a measured value of the optical sensor 70, a surface of the transfer belt 49a is provided with glossiness that is >= than specified. |
