PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the safety of the transfer operation of cargo. SOLUTION: In a tank lorry 1, a transport pipe 8 is mounted to a tank 4 behind a driver's seat to transfer cargoes between the tank 4 and ground facilities. The tank lorry 1 includes a detecting device 20 to detect the state of a transfer operation of cargoes by means of the pipe 8 and a control device 30 to control the driving of the lorry 1. When the completion of the transfer operation of cargoes has not been detected by the device 20, the control device 30 regulates the starting operation of the lorry 1.
