PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix spray start delay time and to correctly adjust the spray start delay time. SOLUTION: A cylinder member 5 is vertically movably provided in a cap 20. The cylinder member 5 is urged down by a coil spring 3. In a space below the cylinder member 5, a piston 6 is vertically movably arranged, thereby defining an air-tight fluid chamber Y between them. An air escape hole 8 is defined at the top of the fluid chamber Y. A fluid rate adjustment means for discharged air is provided in the upper zone of the escape hole 8. When a lever 1 is removed, an urging force of the coil spring acts on the fluid chamber, the piston is consequently moved down to press a valve core 12. As air in the fluid chamber is gradually discharged from the escape hole, the cylinder member is moved down. Upon the contact of the cylinder member with the piston, liquid contents discharged from the valve core is sprayed from a spray orifice 2a. |
