PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper leaking no inside damping element and having the uniform height. SOLUTION: This viscous damper is formed of a body having a cylindrical wall part, and this wall part has an edge part having a circular projection part in an upper part. A cap having a corresponding circular groove part element is arranged in an upper part of the body, and thus, the projection part and a groove part are mutually aligned. A resultantly formed tongue and groove joint-shaped part forms an airtightly sealed part by ultrasonic welding. The extremely accurate height important for a small or microscopic damper can be obtained by this special shape. |
