PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knit fabric having an integrated three dimensional structure partly different in bending resistance and having good appearance and further a three dimensional knit fabric capable of decreasing sewing parts as far as possible. SOLUTION: This three dimensional knit fabric D (D1, D2, D3) is obtained by connecting an upper face unit T and a lower face unit U with a connecting unit to have an integrated structure and constituted of adjacent three dimensional bands H having different degrees of bending resistance and, in each three dimensional band H, outside tissues of at least one of the upper or lower face unit are mutually the same. In case when a means for obtaining difference in bending resistance by changing the size of a knitting thread K in a predetermined range, it is not necessary to sew parts having different bending resistance by sewing or combine other parts, thus problems in finishing such as generation of puckering caused by thickness and specific physical properties of the parts, generation of difference in level and reduction of attractive looks are dissolved.
