PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking laser apparatus in which a ground mark line can be aligned easily and quickly through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: A base section 2 being mounted on an installation plane 1 is provided with a rotator 3 rotatably in the horizontal direction and a section 7 for irradiating at least the floor face 1, the wall face 4 and the ceiling face 5 simultaneously with a vertical planar laser light 6 is provided on the rotator 3. In such a marking laser apparatus, marks 8 are put on at at least two points on the outer circumferential surface of the mounting base section 2 at an interval of 90 deg. in the horizontal direction with reference to the central part thereof. The at least two marks 8 are aligned with a right angle cross ground ink lines 9 indicated on the installation plane 1 and the mounting base section 2 is installed thereon such that the central part thereof is located on the intersection of the ground ink lines 9. Rotational axis of the rotator 3 and the laser irradiator section 7 are disposed on a vertical axis passing the central part of the mounting base section 2.
