PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to introduce buoyancy energy, having a high buoyancy under which specific gravity of air is 0.0013, into rotational movement and surpass electricity. SOLUTION: A polyethylene container having a bottom area of 10 cm and a volume of 11 is filled with water. An opening part is situated below. Air obtained by a high pressure blower 1, prepared for a test, (750 W, a static pressure of 1400 mmAq (1200), a gas volume per a minute of 1200 l (1000 l), and parenthesis is a content considering efficiency at a water depth of 1 m) is discharged through a nozzle 2. Generated air bubbles float vertically and eliminate water in the container. Air is replaced with the air bubbles to generate a high buoyancy. When the buoyancy is measured by a special metering apparatus, it is 530 g (0.53 kg/cm) and a buoyancy per minute of 530 kg/cm is generated. When the sectional pressure of the blower is measured by weight conversion, it is 110 g (0.11 kg/cm) and when a power of approximate 110 kg/cm per minute is supplied, a buoyancy of approximate 530 kg/cm is generated.
