PURPOSE: An ISDN subscriber part for an ISDN primary rate interface(PRI) subscriber link reset is provided to quickly restore a disturbance by resetting a link between a full electronic exchange and a private exchange without affecting other line or other call processing when the disturbance occurs between the full electronic exchange and the private exchange connected by PRI line. CONSTITUTION: An ISDN subscriber part(202) connected both to an operator terminal(204) and to a private exchange(200) includes an ISDN data processing block(206), an ISDN call processing main block(208), an ISDN subscriber control processor(210) and a PRI block(212). When an operator requests a reset of a corresponding PRI link from the operator terminal(204), the operator terminal(204) checks a grammar and transmits a PRI link reset request command(MMCResetPriLnkRQ) to the ISDN data processing block(206). The ISDN data processing block(206) analyzes the PRI link reset request command(MMCResetPriLnkRQ) requested by the operator, transmits a PRI link reset request signal(RstPriLnkRQ) to the ISDN call processing main block(208) of an access switching subsystem(ASS) where the corresponding PRI link is mounted, receives a result signal(RstPriLnkRP) and inform the operator of it. The ISDN call processing main block(208) of the ASS here the corresponding PRI link is mounted receives the PRI reset request signal(RstPriLnkRQ) from the ISDN data processing block(206), transmits a reset request signal(DLRstRQCI) to the ISDN subscriber control processor(210), a lower processor, receives a response(DLRstRPIC) on the result performed by the ISDN subscriber control processor(210) and transmits a result signal(RstPriLnkRP) to the ISDN data processing block(206).
