PURPOSE: A method of comunication decision by using a Web or WAP network is provided to decide an intention with respect to a contrary opinion and a group common case and to suggest a bet for inducing an interest on a network using a wire/wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A caller connects to a server computer of a wire/wireless Internet site through a wire/wireless terminal for a caller(S1000), and inputs and stores digital data with respect to various toss games(S1100). Receiver recognition information as a receiver E-mail, a mobile telephone number is inputted and stored(S1200) and a character to game contents is inputted and stored(S1300). Caller recognition information as a receiver E-mail, a mobile telephone number is inputted and stored(S1400) and digital data are transmitted to the server computer(S1500). The transmitted data are received to the server computer and stored in a database(S1600) and a character and advertisement data with respect to game contents are transmitted to the receiver(S1700), and the receiver receives the data(S1800). The receiver connects to the server computer using a wire/wireless terminal for a receiver(S1900) and selects a menu and inputs and stores digital data with respect to various traditional toss games(S2000). Receiver recognition information as a receiver E-mail, a mobile telephone number is inputted and stored(S2100) and caller recognition information as a receiver E-mail, a mobile telephone number is inputted and stored(S2200). The data are transmitted to the server computer(S2300) and the transmitted data are received to the server computer(S2400). The server computer compares and analyzes the received data information a stored data(S2500), and the analyzed result and an advertisement are notified to game participators(receiver and caller)(S2600).
