PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorylated sugar capable of not insolving minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron by reacting with the minerals, and to provide the phosphorylated sugar used as a fertilizer, a fodder, a food, a drink, a composition for the oral cavity, a composition for a detergent or a composition for an additive therefor. SOLUTION: This phosphorylated sugar is provided by bonding one or more phosphoric acid groups to a glucan comprising two or more glucoses. The phosphorylated sugar derivative obtained by bonding a protein or a peptide to the phosphorylated sugar, a material obtained by bonding the phosphorylated sugar or the derivative thereof to an alkaline earth metal or iron, and a method for producing them are also provided. By using the invention, the fertilizer, the fodder, the food, the drink, the composition for the oral cavity, the composition for the detergent or the composition for the additive therefor containing the phosphorylated sugar or the derivative thereof are provided. |
