PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly and always surely generate damping force depending on a bending angle (a position) of a knee in a hydraulic shock absorber for a knee joint. SOLUTION: This hydraulic shock absorber 10 for the knee joint has orifice passages 60 (61 to 63) formed in a specific range in the shaft direction of a side wall of an inner cylinder 22, communicating a piston side oil chamber 33B with a reservoir chamber 41 and successively blocked up by a side wall of a piston 32 at compressing time of a piston rod 31. |
