PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing rubbish, etc., from getting into a rain gutter because the work for removing the rubbish accumulated in the rain gutter involves risk due to the high position of the rain gutter in spite of the need for the removal of the rubbish in a rainy season or the season of much rainfall. SOLUTION: The cover for the rain gutter is formed in such a net-like manner as to be passed through only by stormwater in order to cover the rain gutter and prevent an invasion by the rubbish, etc. Pawls are mounted on both ends so as to enable the cover to be hooked on the rain gutter. Additionally, the cover, which is lightweight and durable because of the use of a plastic base material, can easily cover the rain gutter without the need for being fixed by fittings.
