PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance vaporizability/miscibility of injected fuel in fuel cylinder injection type internal combustion engine wherein an injector 12 constituted to inject the fuel conically into a combustion chamber 5 is attached to a cylinder heat 4 to face a nozzle part 12a of the injector to an inside of an injection through hole 11 opened in an inside of the combustion chamber. SOLUTION: A conical angle for the fuel injection from the nozzle part 12a of the injector 12 is set toθ1, and the fuel in an outer circumference of a circular cone shape out of the injected fuel is set to strike a portion near to an opening part to the combustion chamber 5 out of an inner face of the injection through hole 11.
