PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing resin composition which has excellent curability (speed) at ordinary temperature and at low temperature and excellent thin film dryability, can be applied in a short time, can express a desired reinforcing effect, and is suitably used for reinforcing existing concrete structures, and to provide a reinforcing method using the reinforcing resin composition. SOLUTION: This reinforcing resin composition characterized by containing a (meth)acrylic polymer having plural polymerizable double bonds and, if necessary, further containing a monomer having a polymerizable double bond. The method for reinforcing a concrete structure, characterized by impregnating a reinforcing fiber substrate with the above reinforcing resin composition, before and/or after the reinforcing fiber substrate is adhered to the surface of the concrete structure.
