PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable driving and braking performance on a snowy road or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of large items like blades of skates are formed to be installed under a car body of an automobile in a truncated chevron shape or in parallel to each other to bear resistance. This device is interlocked with a brake pedal to be properly moved up and down by a driver to be grounded for achieving stable driving. Rear parts are developed for braking when necessary to assist braking tires.
