PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for a vehicle capable of being used as a storage compartment or the like besides an ash tray without narrowing an opening area by a protector, and widening an opening part in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: This storage device for the vehicle has a retainer 10 mounted on an interior member of the vehicle and having a storage part 11, a lid body 20 rotatably mounted on the retainer 10 for opening and closing the opening part 12 of the storage part 11 of the retainer 10, and an ash tray box 30 demountably mounted on the lid body 20.
