PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor tilt mechanism of a compact ship capable of suppressing a clearance formed between an outboard motor and an opening part to the minimum extent so as to prevent water splash from entering the inside of a hull through the clearance during normal navigation. SOLUTION: In this outboard motor tilt mechanism of the compact ship constituted such that a storage space S surrounded by water drip boards 3 is formed in a rear part of the hull 2, the outboard motor 4 is attached to a transom board 6 erected in a bottom part of the storage space S, and a lower part of the outboard motor 4 protrudes outside of the hull 2 from the opening part 5 opened in the bottom part of the storage space S, the transom board 6 is supported so as to oscillate forward and backward centered on its lower end part. |
