PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily display computated results related to the operational controls, such as an automatic focusing control and an automatic exposure control by a display means. SOLUTION: A microcomputer(MPU) 101 conducts AF and AE computations, based on the signals from an AF sensor 11, and an AE sensor 12 which respond to a release button 4 that is half depressed and controlled amounts of automatic focusing and automatic exposure, are determined. The computed results are displayed by the turned on conditions of an AF LED7 and an AE LED8. Immediately after the half depressing of the button 4, the MPU101 starts lighting of the LED7 and the LED8. When the controlled amounts of automatic focusing and automatic exposure and the proprieties of the automatic focusing and of the automatic exposure are determined, the lighting conditions of the LED7 and the LED8 are set for a continuous operation or a flickering operation depending on the results of the determination. |
