SOLUTION: In the cover tape 1 which prevents a component put into a pocket 3 of a carrier tape 2 from slipping out of the packet, the tape 1 is a single layer material or a laminated material, and an outer layer of the single layer material or the laminated material is composed of a stretched film containing a poly lactic acid polymer and an antistatic agent.
