<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically manufacture bottles with ornaments, like drips, with an automatic bottle making device and to provide the glass bottles to which a high degree of the ornament is applied. SOLUTION: A gob G is packed into a die K and after a parison P is formed by inserting a plunger J into the gob, the gob is blow molded. The thickness from the front end of the plunger J to be inserted into the gob G to the bottom 1B of the bottle 1 is set at 3 to 5 mm. The margin to the elongation of the parison P at the time of flow molding is set at 10 to 15% of the entire volume and >=1/2 of this margin to the elongation is set at a shoulder part 1A of the bottle 1.</p> |
