PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector whose inside can be cooled efficiently. SOLUTION: A duct 5 is provided with a connection end 5a, connected to an intake port 11 provided on a housing 10 and an intake end 5b for taking in outdoor air, for cooling the inside of this projector 1. Since the duct 5 is formed of a soft material and is provided with flexibility and the shape can be deformed, the space position of the intake end 5b can be changed to positions P1, P2 and P3, etc. Also, since the duct 5 is freely turnable abut a rotatable shaft KC, the opening direction of the intake end 5b can be changed in the peripheral direction, regarding the rotatable shaft KC. Thus, when the position and/or opening direction of the intake end 5b is selected, so as to take the outdoor air suitable for cooling the inside into the inside corresponding to the using form of the projector 1, the inside of the projector 1 can be cooled efficiently.
