PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stroboscope device where incomplete light emission due to gaps generated between both end parts of a fixed band and a flash tube by the pulling force of the fixed band is prevented in the stroboscope device, in which the flash tube to emit stroboscopic light is positioned at a nearly semicylindrical bottom part of a reflector and the flash tube is fixed by the fixed band, whose both end parts are hung at the flash tube and whose band body is positioned at the bottom back face of the reflector. SOLUTION: The fixed band is provided with a ring-like part, having a engaging hole part to lock the flash tube by the pulling force of the band body when the flash tube is inserted into both end parts of the band body and a close-contact cylindrical part, into which the flash tube is inserted and which is brought to make close contact, and both end parts of the flash tube are respectively inserted into the engaging hole parts of the fixed band and also inserted into the close-contacted cylindrical part folded by a joint band.
