PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight foamed concrete panel which may be formed continuously with shades of a broad width in the boundary segments of crushing surfaces with each other by forming the crushing surfaces of surface characteristics having a granular feel (formed by fine grains of the surface) and the fine shades adjacent to each other and providing these surfaces with marked differences in heights with each other and features the unique surface characteristics. SOLUTION: The lightweight foamed concrete panel whose panel surface has the surface fabricated parts provided with the marked differences in the heights of the adjacent crushing surfaces with each other and has recesses of <50% in cell clogging rate in the surface fabricated parts and the process for manufacturing the same. According to this invention, bonding strength of a coating material may be improved by having the recesses of <50% in the cell clogging rate in the surface fabricated parts described above. Further, a blow tool is actuated on the lightweight foamed concrete panel, by which the panel may be efficiently manufactured and provided. |
